What Salads Do We Offer at Red Crow Quality Eats?
Our dinner menu features three fresh, vibrant salads made with locally-sourced, quality ingredients. These include:
- Classic Wedge Salad: Iceberg lettuce topped with rich blue cheese dressing, smoky house-smoked bacon, and a fresh egg from our own farm, Fox Hollow Farm. We enhance it all with the savory crunch of crispy fried onions.
- Summer Green Salad: Lettuce mix from Fox Hollow, tossed in a light mint herb dressing. We top it with fresh strawberries, toasted marcona almonds, and creamy chèvre.
- Gem Caesar Salad: Gem lettuce in our house-made Caesar dressing, topped with hot honey-toasted bread croutons and shaved Parmesan.
Any of our salads can be customized with several protein options. Add fried chicken, fried fish, steak, sautéed shrimp, or sautéed fish to turn our salads into a heartier meal.

- Crispy Mushroom Sandwich: Hen of the woods mushrooms fried until crispy. Topped with pickled radish from our farm, marcona almond-arugula pesto, and lettuce.
- Fried Chicken Sandwich: Buttermilk-fried chicken topped with hot honey from Fox Hollow Farm and topped with parsley ranch, pickles, and coleslaw.
- Street Tacos: Our house-made masa tortillas filled with your choice of meat: chicken, steak, or fish. Topped with onion, chopped lettuce, cotija cheese, and chipotle crema.
- Steak and Frites: Seared New York strip with Dijon peppercorn sauce and our house hand-cut fries.
- House Smoked Ribs: our house-smoked ribs glazed with BBQ sauce. Available as a half or whole rack and served with a side of white dill potato salad.
