These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website redcrowngp.com, any related online ordering, reservation, gift card, or promotional features, and our in-person services at Red Crown Quality Eats (“Red Crown,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.
1. Eligibility and Use
You must be at least 13 years old to use the website, and at least 18 to make purchases or reservations. You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Restaurant Services and Online Features
We provide dining services, reservations, online ordering, gift cards, and related offerings. Certain features may be provided by third parties. Those providers have their own terms and privacy policies. Review those terms before using third-party services.
3. Menu, Pricing, Availability, and Taxes
Menus, items, prices, fees, hours, and availability may change at any time. Photos and descriptions are illustrative and do not guarantee identical presentation. Applicable taxes, service fees, and delivery or convenience fees may apply. Tips are optional unless stated otherwise.
4. Allergens and Dietary Information
Our kitchen handles common allergens. Cross-contact can occur. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should inform staff and review ingredient information before ordering. We do not guarantee that any item is free of allergens.
5. Alcohol Service
Alcohol is served in compliance with Michigan law. Guests must be 21 or older and present valid government-issued identification to purchase or consume alcohol. We may refuse service to any guest in our discretion where permitted by law.
6. Reservations and Seating
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Seating preferences are accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. A grace period may apply for late arrivals. A cancellation or no-show fee may apply for some reservations. Details are provided at the time of booking or in your confirmation.
7. Events, Large Parties, and Private Dining
Special events and large parties may require deposits, minimum spends, or signed agreements. Cancellation policies vary by event. Any deposits or prepayments will be applied according to the terms provided at booking.
8. Online Ordering, Pickup, and Delivery
Online orders are subject to item availability and preparation times. Substitutions may be offered when items are unavailable. Pickup orders should be collected within the stated window. Delivery may be fulfilled by third parties that operate under their own terms. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes upon pickup by you or the delivery provider.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are redeemable for eligible purchases at Red Crown locations or through our designated platforms, subject to system availability. Gift cards are not reloadable unless stated otherwise and are not redeemable for cash except as required by law. Treat gift cards like cash since lost or stolen cards may not be replaced.
10. Promotions, Loyalty, and Offers
Promotions, discounts, loyalty benefits, and limited-time offers are subject to separate rules and may change or end without notice. Offers are not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined unless expressly permitted. Eligibility and redemption instructions will be provided with the specific offer.
11. Accounts, Communications, and Consent
If you create an account or provide contact details you agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You consent to receive transactional communications related to your orders, reservations, or account. You may also receive promotional messages, and you can opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link. Transactional messages will still be sent as needed to provide services.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: violate laws or rights of others, attempt to interfere with the website or underlying systems, use automated tools to scrape or extract data without permission, make fraudulent or speculative reservations or orders, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data.
13. Intellectual Property
The website and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and designs, are owned by Red Crown or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal, noncommercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works, or use our names, logos, or marks without prior written permission.
14. Reviews and User Content
If you submit reviews, comments, photos, or other content, you grant Red Crown a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for any lawful purpose, and you represent that you have the rights to grant this license. Do not submit content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, obscene, or harmful.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services. Those sites operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, services, or practices.

19. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Crown and its owners, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will our total liability for all claims relating to the services exceed the greater of one hundred dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid to Red Crown for the applicable order or reservation in the three months preceding the claim.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Red Crown and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
21. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wayne County, Michigan, for any dispute that is not subject to arbitration or cannot be resolved informally, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
22. Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any concerns. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to participate in good faith in a mediation held in Wayne County, Michigan, with a mutually agreed mediator before filing suit.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the website or services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
24. Severability, No Waiver, and Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These Terms, together with any additional terms that apply to a specific feature or offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Red Crown regarding the website and services.
25. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, utility failures, or government actions.
