We believe high-quality, fresh ingredients make a significant impact on the quality and flavor of a burger. We use locally-sourced ingredients in all of our dishes, including ingredients from our very own farm, Fox Hollow Farm.
Fox Hollow Farm is a 20-acre farm that grows produce, herbs, grains, honey, and eggs. Our beef and other meats are also sourced from trusted local suppliers near our Grosse Pointe community.
Aside from our ingredients, we craft our burgers with care, making sure to create the perfect sear on all our burger patties. This is essential for bringing out the flavor and adding a caramelized crust on the outside of the patty while maintaining a juicy interior.
We pair our burgers with high-quality cheeses and our special burger sauce to round out the flavor.

- Fried Chicken Sandwich: Buttermilk-fried chicken topped with hot honey from our farm, parsley ranch, pickles, and coleslaw.
- Crispy Mushroom Sandwich: Hen of the woods mushrooms fried to crisp perfection, pickled radish from our farm, marcona almond-arugula pesto, and lettuce.
