What Salads are on Our Menu?

Forget everything you think you know about a side salad. At Red Crown Quality Eats, our salads are worthy of being the main star of your dinner. Our salads are crafted to showcase the freshness of our locally-sourced ingredients.

We work with trusted suppliers and vendors in the area. We also get many ingredients from our own farm, Fox Hollow Farm. Each salad is a celebration of quality, vibrant flavor, and the difference that local sourcing truly makes.

Our dinner menu has three types of salads:

1. Classic Wedge Salad

This indulgent dinner favorite features crisp iceberg lettuce topped with rich blue cheese dressing, smoky house-smoked bacon, and a fresh egg from Fox Hollow Farm. We finish it with the savory crunch of crispy fried onions.

2. Summer Green Salad

A vibrant, refreshing salad with a mix of crisp lettuces from Fox Hollow Farm, tossed in a light mint herb dressing. We top it with sweet fresh strawberries, toasted marcona almonds, and creamy chèvre.

3. Gem Caesar Salad

A popular dinner choice, we toss crisp Gem lettuce in our house Caesar dressing, topping it with hot honey-toasted bread croutons and Parmesan cheese shavings.

Each of our salads can also be customized with your choice of protein, including fried chicken, fried fish, steak, sautéed fish, or sautéed shrimp.

What Else is on Our Menu?

Our salads are great on their own, or can be paired with any one of our starters, handhelds, or plates. Some other favorites on our menu include:

  • Big Mack Ave Burger: House-ground double beef patty with melted white cheddar, shredded lettuce, and our zesty Nick’s special burger sauce.
  • Fried Chicken Sandwich: Buttermilk-fried chicken topped with hot honey from Fox Hollow Farm and topped with parsley ranch, pickles, and coleslaw.
  • Street Tacos: Our house-made masa tortillas filled with your choice of meat: chicken, steak, or fish. Topped with onion, chopped lettuce, cotija cheese, and chipotle crema.
