Red Meat Sandwiches
If you want something heartier, we have several sandwiches made with beef and pork. First, our Steak Sandwich is a gourmet creation featuring tender, seared New York strip, garlic-parmesan aioli, pickled red onions, and Gem lettuce. We serve it on a perfectly toasted Le Rouge bun.
Our BBQ Pork Sandwich is another classic that we’ve revamped with farm-to-table quality. Tender house-smoked pork shoulder, classic BBQ sauce, and creamy melted white cheddar combine in a delicious sandwich. It’s topped with the crunch of tangy coleslaw and crispy fried onions on a toasted Le Rouge bun.
If you want a classic burger, our Big Mack Ave Burger is a great option, with a house-ground double patty, melted white cheddar, shredded lettuce, and our zesty Nick’s special burger sauce.
Chicken and Fish Sandwiches

Fox Hollow Farm is our privately-owned, 20-acre co-op located in Metamora, Michigan. It provides us with a continuous supply of ingredients used in many of our signature dishes, including:
