Michael Keys

Executive Chef

Chef Michael is a true culinarian who has served in multiple Executive Chef and Director roles dating back to the early 1990s, including stints at Sparky Herbert's, The Whitney, Fishbone’s, Orchard Lake Country Club, Doubletree Hotel, Pontchartrain Hotel, and O’Connor’s Public House. Chef Michael has won many culinary competitions and awards over the years, from Burger Brawls and Chili Cook-Offs to Culinary "Mystery Basket" competitions. Chef Michael also has graciously donated his time and cooking prowess to the American Cancer Society, South East Michigan Red Cross, Rochester Neighborhood House, Saint Baldrick's Society, and Rochester Fire Department. He was born and raised in metro-Detroit, where he enjoys exploring various restaurants with his wife of 23 years, Michele, and their three boys, two of whom attend Central Michigan University (Fire Up Chips!).
